GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 



Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilising a PrismaClean service. 


§ 1 Scope of application and provider 
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTC’) govern the contractual relationship between PrismaClean (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) and you (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. 
(2) Any deviating General Terms and Conditions of the Customer shall be rejected.
(3) On primsaclean.online we offer you the opportunity to to create an offer for services and to make an appointment. A contract is concluded in person at the appointment. 

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract 
(1) Contracts on this portal can only be prepared in German language. 
(2) The customer must have reached the age of 18. 
(3) Access to the use of the primsaclean.online service requires registration. 
(4) By registering, the customer recognises these GTC. 
(5) The presentation of the service on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to
to submit an offer by the customer.

§ 3 Description of the scope of services 
Primsaclean.online enables appointments to be made for cleaning of windows at Angela-Molitoris Platz in Pasing, Munich. The
The actual contract for the service and the determination of the final final costs are made at the appointment. 

§ 4 Prices and terms of payment 
Prices for our services are determined on site. It is checked whether the number of square metres specified by the customer, which was used for the preliminary price calculation is correct. If the correct, the calculated price shall apply. If deviations are found, PrismaClean reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly, either upwards or downwards. The final price will be confirmed after this evaluation and is decisive for the conclusion of the contract. 

§ 5 Terms of payment 
(1) Payments are made directly at the appointment either by PayPal or bank transfer after the service has been utilised and the contract has been concluded. 

§ 6 Cancellation policy 
Since no sale of goods takes place and no services are concluded online, the right of cancellation relates exclusively to the
exclusively to the cancellation of appointments in accordance with the specified cancellation conditions. 

§ 7 Data protection 
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Personal data is only collected with your consent and is not passed on to third parties to third parties unless you have given your express consent.
